Partner's corner: Mariusz WIELEC, CEZMAT-WUT

The Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies (CEZAMAT) at the Warsaw University of Technology is Poland’s greatest investment in high technologies. CEZAMAT WUT is a research centre enabling interdisciplinary research into the materials and technologies of tomorrow. CEZAMAT offers access to a semiconductor technology infrastructure that enables research into semiconductor materials, devices, and systems, as well as offers commercial services and prototyping.
CEZAMAT WUT contributes expertise to the design of integrated circuits and the testing of FD SOI PDKs for advanced nodes, providing designers within the FAMES consortium and external users with the necessary tools to design and optimize systems. We are also contributing to the development of OxRAM devices, particularly by benchmarking and evaluating the technology’s potential for hardware security and AI applications.
CEZAMAT WUT combines circuit design competencies with technological know-how and experience in device characterization and testing. Within FAMES, we are expanding both by developing new solutions and gaining access to an advanced technology portfolio.
The FAMES project offers a unique opportunity for companies seeking to trial advanced semiconductor technologies for their business. Thanks to the open-access programme, they can access the latest technologies and test them for future implementation in their products.
FAMES provides the semiconductor community with a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research and develop innovative technologies and products that will contribute to innovation.
