FAMES is committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy.

As such, and in application of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you below of the conditions under which your personal data will be processed by us.

What personal data do we process?

Purposes:

We may collect and store your personal data, notably to:

  • Process and respond to your messages
  • Remember your choices regarding cookie use
  • Process and respond to your requests to exercise rights
  • Comply with current or upcoming regulatory requirements

Categories of data:

  • Transmitted data (such as name, first name, email, position, organisation) provided when using a contact form. These data are used to contact you back and process your request.
  • Technical and location information obtained through cookies and analytics (IP address, visit duration, visited pages, browser type and version…). These data are collected anonymously.

Legal grounds for processing:

  • The consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) for all processing that requires prior consent. Mandatory fields in online forms are marked with an asterisk. Without a response to the mandatory questions, we will not be able to provide the requested services.

Your data is retained for a maximum time of 5 years.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Your data are first processed by our webmaster before being sent to the relevant recipient for your request, within the FAMES consortium.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

In accordance with the applicable regulations, You have the right to access, request modification, or deletion of all your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
